 Use of this product and participation in the sport of waterskiing involves inherent risk of injury or death.

TO REDUCE RISK

  • ALWAYS WATERSKI IN CONTROL and do not exceed speeds that exceed the skiers ability. BEGINERS SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION.

  • Inspect all equipment prior to use. Check bindings, fins, attachment points, and flotation device (PFD) prior to each use. Do not use if any item is damaged or has missing or loose parts.

  • Always wear a U.S. Coast Guard Type III (PFD) vest.

  • Use correct size ski and binding and follow the binding manufactures instructions for use and fit

  • Even if bindings are used as per the manufactures instruction they may not release and injury could result.

  • Attempting land or dock starts can increase risk of injury or death. USE ONLY ON WATER.

  • Do not use in shallow water or near shore, docks, pilings swimmers or other watercraft.

  

LIMITED WARRANTY

Parsons Project obligations and warranties for its Water Ski’s set forth below and are in lieu of any other expressed warranties or obligations of Parsons Project, its retailers or distributors. The warranties and limitations extend only to the original purchaser or to the individual for whom originally purchased for. We warranty our waterskis for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase (invoice date), will, at manufacturer’s option, repair or replace at no charge any Parsons Project water ski, which breaks due to defective materials and or workmanship. Damage due to misuse or abuse is excluded as is normal wear such as handle dings, edge damage due to contact with hard objects.

 

RETURNS

  • All returns or exchanges must be made within fifteen (15) days after customer receives returning items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • All Items being returned must be new with the original packaging and hardware.

  • Within the fifteen (15) day period if you need to return or exchange an item please contact customer e-mail  info@TPPSKIS.com. Please understand we need to hear from you PRIOR to the fifteen (15) day period.

  • We will then issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  • When returning Attach your name, address, phone number and email address to the item. At your expense including all customs related costs ship the item to: Parsons Project  4334 – 110 Ave SE Calgary, Canada T2C 0J6

Please write your Return Authorization (RA)# on the outside of the package – All packages without an RA# will be refused. Damages or losses in shipping are not covered by Parsons Project; shipping insurance for the full replacement value should be purchased. Include inside the package a copy of your original receipt of purchase as well as the RA#.
